This is a party of large proportions. On October 17th 2026 we gather in our big suits with our friends to dance. The suits, the DJs, the friends….everything will be big. Huge even. Think Mr. Monopoly, the 2003 NBA Draft, David Byrne in Stop Making Sense, a 1980’s lawyer’s kid on ‘Bring your kid to work day’, Chappel Roan in The Subway music video, or Nathan in Nathan for You S4E5. The suit section of the thrift store usually has the most inventory. The used car salesman, the accountant, the train conductor, The Boss, etc all used to wear suits. The suit signified power, money, and some level of seriousness (not Mr Bean). The suit showed respect and commanded it. For one night we harness this power and we revel in it.
