Step into Korean food culture through kimjang — the tradition where Korean families gather in late fall to make kimchi from the cabbage harvest. Together we chop napa cabbage, mix a tasty kimchi sauce and pack containers bubbling with life for each family to take home. Inspired by Lee's new children's book, Kimchi Taco Time.
