This is a workshop-based theater class for students in grades 4-7 (ages 10-14) running from September 18 through December 11 on Friday afternoons from 4:30-6 PM at Young Performers Theatre in the Southside Theater. Students create their own characters and narratives, collaborate on stagecraft and an original script, and perform their completed show for family and friends on the final day of class. The program emphasizes student creativity and collaborative problem-solving rather than following a predetermined script.
