Skip The Needle is an Oakland-based queer female quartet featuring Bay Area musicians Vicki Randle, Shelley Doty, Kofy Brown, and Katie Cash, performing politically astute rock and roll-funk. They're co-headlining with Joh Chase, a Seattle-raised, Los Angeles-based artist whose timeless, confessional songwriting draws from two decades of touring and craft development. Doors open at 7 p.m. with the show starting at 8 p.m. on Friday, June 26 at the Ivy Room in Albany; admission is $20 for ages 21+.
