Being at the Edge of Presence The first Dasein AI Film Festival explored a precise axis. This gathering opens the field. For our second screening, we present a new selection of films drawn from recent submissions received from filmmakers around the world. This time, the focus shifts. Not human. Not machine. But being itself. Inspired by Martin Heidegger's concept of Dasein — the awareness of being, of existing in relation to the world — this screening moves beyond categories and into presence. The films presented here approach existence from different angles: memory, identity, consciousness, perception, mortality, connection, and the mystery of simply being. This is a new curation. Less restricted. More open. Not centered on technology, but on existence. Not on answers, but on the condition of being. ⸻ PROGRAM FORMAT • Curated short film screening (10–15 films) • New international submissions • Screening runtime: 90 minutes • Audience Award • If votes align, multiple win
