This afternoon clown workshop at Mabuhay Gardens explores presence, play, failure, character, and comedic freedom. Through physical activation, group games, and solo exercises, participants will move toward the heart of what is funny: having fun. No previous experience required. Learning is a spiral. This workshop invites participants to follow impulses, take creative risks, and discover what happens when the clown is allowed to lead. Open to performers, comedians, artists, curious beginners, and anyone interested in embodied play.
