The Art of Tinkering Workshop is a three-day professional development session at the Exploratorium (October 27–29, 2026) designed for educators. Participants will learn tinkering pedagogy—an approach centered on exploration, investigation, and making—and how to apply it to their teaching practice. The workshop covers how to develop facilitation strategies, design activities, and build learning environments that support tinkering-based engagement.
