
This is the final day of a five-day teen cooking camp at Civic Kitchen, running from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, July 17. Instructors Frances Wilson and Jen Nurse will guide students through both savory and sweet baking projects, including zucchini and heirloom tomato galettes, peach frangipane galettes, Victoria sponge cake, and homemade vanilla and chocolate ice creams. The class includes a snack of spiced carrot dip with manchego crackers and concludes with cake and ice cream. This four-hour in-person class costs $195 per person and is only available as part of the complete five-day camp series.
