All Things Rum is a two-hour cocktail mixing class at The Alembic where participants learn professional bartending techniques while exploring rum and cane spirits. Led by an experienced mixologist, attendees will make four full-sized cocktails while learning about rum's history and the versatility of cane spirits in dynamic drink applications. The class, part of the Monday Night Mixology series, is designed for everyone from beginners to cocktail enthusiasts and includes light snacks and conversation in the bar setting. Proof of vaccination is required for entry.
