Widespread Panic, the Athens, Georgia jam band that's been performing for 30 years, plays Fox Theater in Oakland on Thursday, July 16 at 7:00 PM (doors). This is part of a three-night run by the band, which features original members John Bell, Dave Schools, and drummer Todd Nance alongside percussionist Domingo Ortiz, keyboardist John Hermann, and drummer Duane Trucks. The show is all ages, and the band is known as one of the most successful touring acts in the world, having released 12 studio albums and 43 live albums with over 3 million copies sold.
